What we publish

Market by market rankings of short term rental management companies, category rankings of the services and software owners hire, and data pages built from what companies actually publish, starting with management fees.

We started with the Poconos because owners there face dozens of managers and almost no published prices. Only 2 of the 16 managers we verified publish a rate.

How we work

• Every company we find operating in a market is listed free, whether or not it ever talks to us.
• Facts come from each company's own pages and public review profiles, with the source and the date we checked.
• Reviews count only when the reviewer connects a real LinkedIn identity and an editor approves them.
• No company pays for a listing, a position or a lead.

Who runs it

Owned and operated by STRSelect.com. Independent rankings with a printed methodology. Some of the people behind STR Select work with companies that appear on the site. Each of those relationships is disclosed in plain text on every page where the company appears.
