We load the page you gave us when you claimed and confirm it links to your STR Select profile. The check runs when you claim and again every Monday. If the link is gone, requests pause until it is back.
The town, property type, bedrooms, what the owner wants handled and their timeline. The owner's name, email and phone come after you accept.

No. Rankings come from the printed methodology. Lead matching reads reviews and the ranking. It never writes to either.
