What claiming gets you

Corrections to your facts, with sources
Your badge and its embed code
Eligibility for free owner requests
A self-reported property list on your profile, clearly labeled as self-reported

Five fields a claimed profile can add

Management fee. A pricing or owner FAQ page on the company’s own site that states the management percent and what it is charged on.
Notice period. The cancellation or termination clause: a public FAQ or terms page, or the owner agreement sent to us.
Listing holder. One line on who holds the Airbnb and VRBO listings, the company or the owner, on its owner FAQ page.
Minimum term. The minimum contract length and any exit fee, on the owner FAQ or the agreement sent to us.
Property list. A public page listing the homes it manages, or a list of listing URLs sent through the claim form.

Each one appears on your profile with its source and the date we checked it. Fields you leave out stay marked as not on record.

Claiming never changes a position. No company pays for anything on STR Select. A self-reported property list is never shown as independently verified: we only mark a list "verified" when we sourced it from your own published site ourselves.
