Wishup is a remote staffing company, and its Airbnb page is the only one of the eight that prints two monthly prices for bookkeeping. The page lists recording income, expenses, payout and fee reconciliation, P&L and cash flow reports, and occupancy and lodging tax tracking. Trustpilot shows 4.7 on 110 reviews, read on October 10, 2026. Wishup also says it holds 4.9 on Clutch, which we did not check. It ranks first on fee transparency and reviews. The limit is depth: Wishup serves many kinds of business, and its page does not mention owner statements or trust accounting.

Maxim Liberty is a general bookkeeping firm with a dedicated vacation rental page, and it publishes every plan, the hourly overage rate and a refund on the unused first retainer. The page says the firm has served over 100,000 businesses in the last decade, which we did not verify. It does not describe payout reconciliation by listing, owner statements or trust accounting, so the scope is closer to an owner’s tax and books package than to a manager service.
