STR Select read 7 co-hosting services on their own sites on October 15, 2026. 4 print a percentage fee, from 10% to 25% across their tiers, and 3 print none. Checked October 15, 2026.
One row per company: the percentage it prints, what that percentage covers, any minimum or one time fee, and the page we read. A company that prints no rate says Not published and is counted.
Every figure below is printed on the company’s own site the day we read it. A percentage is a share of revenue, and the revenue base differs by company, so the fee column quotes the page. A tier name is the company’s own. A starting rate such as “starts at 10%” is a floor and not a quote.
Three national services from the co-hosting ranking and four Pocono companies whose own pages describe co-hosting or a hand off tier. Companies that print a percentage are listed first.
| Company | Published fee | What is included | Minimum, term or one time fee | Source | Checked |

Of 7 companies that offer co-hosting, 4 print a percentage (Awning, Evolve, RedAwning and Pocono Pads) and 3 print none (Blackbird Hospitality, Wander Home and Desired Stays). Counting each company at its lowest printed tier, the low is 10%, the high is 12% and the median is 10%. Counting every printed tier, 8 percentages run 10% to 25% with a median of 13.5%. 3 of 7 are counted as Not published and are not in either figure.
Only the percentages printed on the pages above. Companies with no printed rate are not in this table, and the count of them is printed under the reading.
| Company | Lowest printed tier | Highest printed tier | Tiers printed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Awning | 10% | Not published (starts at 10%) | Floor only |
| Evolve | 10% | 15% | 10%, 15% |
| RedAwning | 10% | 18% | 10%, 15%, 18% |
| Pocono Pads | 12% | 25% | 12%, 25% |
The lowest tier is 10% at Awning, Evolve and RedAwning and 12% at Pocono Pads, so the entry price of co-hosting sits in a narrow band. The gap opens at the top. Pocono Pads prints 25% for full service, RedAwning prints 18% and Evolve prints 15% for Plus with a custom Pro fee beyond that. Across all 8 printed tiers the median is 13.5%.
3 of the 4 companies that print a percentage print more than one tier, and the step between tiers is a scope step. The pages describe the cheaper tier as the one where the owner keeps some of the ground work and the dearer tier as the one where the company runs cleaning and maintenance. A co-host that charges 10% and a co-host that charges 25% are often selling different jobs, so compare the included column before the percentage.
Blackbird Hospitality, Wander Home and Desired Stays print no percentage. Blackbird Hospitality lists its services and says it co-hosts under the owner’s own listing and invoices monthly, with a 12 month standard agreement and 30 days’ notice to cancel. Wander Home describes full service management and a direct booking site with no rate. Desired Stays says it is paid a percentage of total revenue and prints no figure. For these three the only route to a number is a call, and the answer should be written down with the revenue base it applies to.
That is 3 of 7 services, a share worth counting because a table of only the published rates would make the market look cheaper and more open than it is. Where a number is not on the page it is not in the statistics.
This ledger holds 7 co-hosting service rows, each tied to the page it was read on and the date it was checked. By status, 4 with a printed percentage (Awning, Evolve, RedAwning and Pocono Pads) and 3 with no printed percentage (Blackbird Hospitality, Wander Home and Desired Stays). By type, 3 National, 2 Poconos, 1 Poconos and other markets and 1 Poconos, Eastern Shore and Adirondacks. The rows cite 7 distinct source domains, one for each row: awning.com, evolve.com, redawning.com, poconopadsmgmt.com, blackbirdhm.com, gowanderhome.com and desiredstays.com. Every row carries the same checked date, October 15, 2026, so no row here is older than another. The rows with no published rate are Awning, Evolve, RedAwning, Pocono Pads, Blackbird Hospitality, Wander Home and Desired Stays, and each says so with its own checked date. Row by row, the source is awning.com for Awning, evolve.com for Evolve, redawning.com for RedAwning, poconopadsmgmt.com for Pocono Pads, blackbirdhm.com for Blackbird Hospitality, gowanderhome.com for Wander Home and desiredstays.com for Desired Stays. The ledger lists Awning first and Desired Stays last, with 5 rows between them. 7 rows carry its own checked date, so a reader can see which rows are the freshest without opening a source. No company appears twice in the ledger, so every row stands for a different company. 7 rows record a service model, and Awning is listed as national, Evolve is listed as national, RedAwning is listed as national, Pocono Pads is listed as poconos, Blackbird Hospitality is listed as poconos and other markets, Wander Home is listed as poconos, eastern shore and adirondacks and Desired Stays is listed as poconos. Percentage tiers printed per company: Awning 1, Evolve 2, RedAwning 3 and Pocono Pads 2. Lowest printed percentage per company: Awning 10, Evolve 10, RedAwning 10 and Pocono Pads 12. Spread in points between the lowest and highest printed tier per company: Awning 0, Evolve 5, RedAwning 8 and Pocono Pads 13. Highest printed percentage per company: Awning 10, Evolve 15, RedAwning 18 and Pocono Pads 25.
A row needs a company whose own site offers co-hosting or a tier where the owner keeps part of the work. The three national rows are the services scored on the co-hosting ranking, and the four Pocono rows are companies profiled on STR Select whose models are listed as co-hosting or online tiers. Software sold to managers, franchise networks and full service operators with no hand off tier are not in this table, and the ranking page says why for each.
Prices move without notice, so every figure was read once, on October 15, 2026. JavaScript rendered pages were opened in a headless browser. Nothing is taken from a review site, a directory or another company’s page. Furnishing, add-ons, payment processing fees and platform service fees are not part of the percentage unless the row says so. Two figures on this page are newer than our earlier notes: RedAwning now prints which rate belongs to which homeowner tier, and Pocono Pads now prints 25% for its full service tier. See the methodology for how the ranking weighs fee transparency.
What to do with this: ask each company for the percentage, the revenue base it applies to, the onboarding fee, the term and the notice period, in writing, and place the answers beside the row for that company. The wider market is in Airbnb management fees by market and the questions to ask are in the fee guide.
Every answer is computed from the table above, read October 15, 2026.
Price is one input and not the ranking. On the fee side, Awning prints 10%, Evolve prints 10% to 15%, RedAwning prints 10% to 15% to 18% and Pocono Pads prints 12% to 25%. The scored ranking of the three national services is on our best Airbnb co-hosting services page, and this table is the fee data behind it plus four Pocono companies.
Among the 4 companies that print a percentage, the lowest tier is 10% to 12% of revenue (median 10%) and the highest printed tier is 25% (Pocono Pads). Blackbird Hospitality, Wander Home and Desired Stays print no rate, so their cost is quote only.
It is the most common starting rate in this table: Awning, Evolve and RedAwning each print 10% for their lowest tier. Pocono Pads prints 12% for its online tier and 25% for full service. A starting rate is not a quote, and Awning prints no figure above its 10% floor.
On the pages read, the step up buys scope. Evolve Plus at 15% adds a named performance advisor, a premium support desk and discounted tax and permit support. RedAwning Full Service at 18% is complete hands off management with a dedicated team. Pocono Pads Full Service at 25% adds cleaning, inspection, minor maintenance and tax remittance.
Two print one. Evolve charges a one time $250 onboarding fee plus $25 per additional property, and Pocono Pads charges a one time $1,000 onboarding fee at signing. Awning, RedAwning, Blackbird Hospitality, Wander Home and Desired Stays print no onboarding fee on the pages read.
Awning says no lock-in and Evolve says it does not ask for long term commitments. Blackbird Hospitality prints a standard 12 month agreement that renews automatically with 30 days’ notice to cancel. RedAwning, Pocono Pads, Wander Home and Desired Stays print no term on the pages read.
Blackbird Hospitality, Wander Home and Desired Stays. Desired Stays says it is paid a percentage of total revenue but prints no rate. These cells read Not published in the table and are counted, not left out.
Yes. Evolve prints a mid-term rental add-on of $249 per listing per year on top of its Core 10% and Plus 15% tiers. The Pro tier is a custom fee based on portfolio size and is not printed.
Pocono Pads prints 12% of gross revenue for Online Management and 25% for Full Service Management, plus a one time $1,000 onboarding fee at signing. It is the only Pocono company in this table that prints a percentage.
Each cell was read on the company’s own site on October 15, 2026, with the page address in the table row. Pages that load with JavaScript were read in a headless browser. A fee is never estimated or taken from a review site, and a company with no printed rate reads Not published.
