Three tables built from the four STR Select market fee indexes, every profiled company and the national managers: fee by market, fee by service model and the national managers side by side. Managers that publish nothing are counted, never estimated.
Every percentage below is the figure a company prints on its own website, recorded in the STR Select fee index with the page URL and the date we read it. A company counts as publishing only when its own page states a rate. A third party review site quoting a range, or a rate that applies only to owner-referred guests, does not count. Low, high and median are taken over published rates only. Where a company prints a range, the low end goes into the median and the full range goes into low and high.

Poconos. Galvanized Management prints 25% of gross rental income and Pocono Pads prints 12% of gross revenue plus a $1,000 one time signing fee. 13 of 15 managers print nothing: Home Team Luxury Rentals, Ideal Property Management, Blackbird Hospitality, Pocono Mountain Rentals, True North Vacation Rentals, Three Daughters Properties, Red Cottage, Wander Home, Bespoke Stay, Pocono Lodging Co., Select Rentals, Desired Stays and Pocono STR Management. Home Team Luxury Rentals has a range reported by a third party review site that the company has not confirmed, so it is not counted as publishing. Among the 13 that print nothing, some do say how the fee is built: Desired Stays works on a percentage of revenue and Pocono STR Management sets it by bedrooms and amenities. Smoky Mountains. A manager that runs both a full service plan and an online tier is counted under each model, so the model rows add to more than the number of companies. The Fixed dollar fee row exists because owners ask for it; the index finds no manager that publishes a flat monthly or per booking management fee.

The base differs by company. In this table Galvanized Management uses gross rental income and Pocono Pads uses gross revenue; Short Term Coops uses net rental revenue and BnB My Place uses net rental proceeds; Cabins For You does not state one and Destination Big Bear does not state one. A 20% fee on net revenue and a 20% fee on gross revenue are different prices, so ask which base a quote uses.
Four published add-ons appear in the table: Pocono Pads charges a $1,000 one time signing fee, Short Term Coops charges a $75 monthly technology fee, Evolve lists a $250 one time onboarding fee and Awning lists a furnishing price from $3,000. Managers that publish no rate rarely publish their add-ons either.
