Cynthia Stays Curated

What Cynthia Stays Curated does

Cynthia Stays Curated is a one person design studio run by Cynthia Whittaker in Fort Worth, Texas. Its short term rental design page says hosts send photos, measurements and a budget, and she sends back a design plan with the palette, the furniture layout and a clickable link for every item, or handles the ordering as well. The work is delivered entirely virtually for hosts in any US state, with no site visit. Three packages carry the scope: Vision sets the design direction, the palette, the furniture layout and the overall look. Craft goes deeper into layout, materials, fixtures and furnishings and gives specific product recommendations with clickable links. Execute brings everything together, from product selection and sourced links through ordering management. The same business also runs a separate travel advisor service, which is not part of this ranking.

Who it fits

The design page names three groups: new hosts furnishing a first Airbnb or Vrbo who want a plan before the first purchase, hosts with a tired listing that needs a refresh without replacing every piece of furniture, and out of state owners who cannot be on site and need the design and ordering handled remotely. Each package comes in a new property or a refresh version, with links only or with ordering included, which makes four virtual options in all. It fits a host who wants one named designer to see the project through rather than a marketplace of studios, and who is comfortable getting a quote after a free first call.

Pricing, checked October 15, 2026

Cynthia Stays Curated does not print package prices. Its FAQ says packages are priced per project after the free consultation, based on the number of rooms, whether the property is new or a refresh and whether the host wants ordering handled. The first consultation is free with no obligation after it, and the site names the Vision, Craft and Execute packages without a dollar figure beside any of them.

A host who needs a number before booking a call has to ask for it. Furniture and decor are bought separately from the design fee, and ordering management in the Execute package covers the purchasing work, not the cost of the items.

The verdict

Cynthia Stays Curated ranks first of the 12 vendors we evaluated in our Airbnb interior designer category because its scope is the clearest we found for a rental host: three named packages, a virtual process that works from any state, a stated timeline for each and a free first consultation. Ordering management is available inside the Execute package. The limit is price: no package fee is printed, so the cost comes only after the call, and we found no public review score for the design work. Compare it with Somerled Designs, Bohemian Bungalow Design and Paper & Onyx, which add market research or print their fees, before you book a call.
