Six of the eight studios in our Airbnb interior design services ranking say so on their own pages: Cynthia Stays Curated, Studio Host, Paper & Onyx, Bell Jar Designs, Decorilla and Havenly. Printed prices run from $199 per room at Havenly to $2,999 per room at Paper & Onyx. Across the six studios the deliverable is a plan, not a finished room. Paper & Onyx lists concepts, renders, final designs and a shopping list with links. Bell Jar Designs full service adds photorealistic 3D renderings and a how-to installation guide. Havenly adds a video call and revisions until the plan feels right. Cynthia Stays Curated sells Vision for direction, palette and furniture layout, Craft for materials and product picks with links, and Execute for ordering management through to the install plan.
What none of the printed fees cover is the furniture. Havenly has you shop its list, and the Decorilla and Paper & Onyx pages sell design plans with shopping lists. Cynthia Stays Curated is the one studio in the table that lists ordering management as an option, on two of its four packages. Someone still has to receive, assemble and place the pieces, which is why our Airbnb setup and furnishing ranking sits beside this one. Treat the design fee as the smaller line in the project and budget the beds, sofas, linens and lighting separately.
Havenly shows the line clearly because it sells both. It prints online design at $199 per room and in-person design at $699 per room, a $500 gap on the same page. The in-person price buys travel, time on site and installation help, not a different kind of plan.
For a host who lives in another state from the rental, that gap is the point. A virtual service needs photos, measurements, a budget and the brief for the property, and the host or a local helper acts on the shopping list. Cynthia Stays Curated says it works with Airbnb and Vrbo hosts across the United States without an in-person visit, which suits an owner who never plans to stand in the unit while it is being furnished. The trade is that nobody on the design side sees the room, so measurements and photos have to be right the first time, and the plan is only as good as the brief behind it.
Havenly at $199 per room, or Bell Jar Designs space planning at $300 per room for layout options and a 2D floor plan. Neither is a full rental plan, and Havenly’s pricing page shows no short term rental offer.

Cynthia Stays Curated sells packages written for Airbnb and Vrbo hosts and states that all of them are delivered virtually. Studio Host sells to vacation rental investors and calls its Done for you tier a virtual service, with no price printed. Paper & Onyx also sells Airbnb specific tiers. Decorilla and Havenly are general services with no rental package on their pricing pages.
Cynthia Stays Curated states one to two weeks for a Vision package and two to four weeks for Craft and Execute. Havenly says online designers typically deliver first concepts in 3 to 14 days. The other studios in the table print no timeline on the pages we read.

Bell Jar Designs sells e-design at $300 per room for space planning and $749 per room for full service, both with an online platform. Its $299 Short-Term Rental Design Consultation sits next to an In-Home Design Consultation and the listing does not say it is virtual, so confirm before booking.
